Our Team
Loretta has been providing accounting and tax services in South Florida since 1973. Her focus and experience includes individual tax planning and preparation for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and professional corporations. She specializes in Litigation support for fraud, divorce, labor disputes, partnership dissolution, personal injury and commercial damage cases.
She has provided expert testimony and forensic accounting services in over one thousand cases in South Florida as well as Federal Court. In addition to being a Court appointed Special Master, receiver and mutual aide to the court she is also a Certified Mediator.
Loretta received her B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. She began her career as a staff accountant for Arthur Young and Company in New York where she specialized in statistical analysis and consolidation for clients such as Warner Bros and PepsiCo.
While opening her own practice in Miami approximately thirty years ago she was also an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Accounting Theory in the MBA Program at Nova University.
Certified in both New York and Florida, she has been giving speeches and lectures on finances, mediation, divorce, valuation, audits, child support guidelines and use of expert witnesses since 1979. Loretta is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants; New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants; American Society of Women Accountants, Dade County; Florida Association of Professional Family Mediators; Leadership Miami and a Founding Member of the Miami Forum.
She is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Florida Bar’s UPL committee, is an emeritus member of The Florida Board of Bar Examiners and is a trustee for the board of directors of AMIKids.

After a little over five years with the firm, Liz has become a partner, responsible with maintaining standards for accounting and tax services. Her focus is on tax planning, preparation and compliance for individuals and small businesses. She also oversees IRS representation for the firm. She is a member of the AICPA and the FICPA. She received her Bachelor in Accounting and her Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University. Currently, she serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for AMIKids W.I.N.G.S. South Florida.
Michael Fabricant – Senior Accountant
Michael has been with the firm for over six years. His primary focus has been in overseeing the income tax preparation for individual clients. He also works with individuals on tax planning and retirement planning. More recently he has begun working on damage calculations for civil law cases. Prior to joining the firm he worked for State Street Bank and Trust managing the accounting and custody for mutual funds and other institutional investors. He received his degree from the American University in Washington, DC.
Rachel Fabricant – Litigation Support/Office Manager
Having an array of experience in everything from marketing to real estate management, in places like the NBA and Six Flags, Rachel’s commitment to customer service and her strong organizational skills make her an integral part of the litigation support team. Rachel joined the firm in 2006 and is involved in all aspects of case management from discovery through trial preparation. A graduate of the University of Florida, Rachel resides in Miami with her husband and son.Lissette Perez – Senior Accountant
Lissette has been with the firm for over ten years providing tax services for corporate clients. She oversees and manages the bookkeeping and payroll functions for our small business clientele. Her experience is invaluable in providing guidance to new start up companies and providing quality service to established businesses. She received her Accounting degree from Florida International University and resides in Miami with her husband and son.Karen Hernandez – Staff Accountant
Karen has five years of public accounting experience and has been with our firm for over two years, specializing in small business accounting and payroll services and assisting in preparing reports and schedules for litigation support. Originally from Colombia, Karen now lives in Miami with her husband and son.Michelle Teele – Office Administrator
Michelle is originally from Chicago, Illinois where she attended Northern Illinois University and majored in Business Administration. Michelle is the first point of contact for our clients and delivers exceptional customer service. She also handles all billing inquiries and most client requests for documents. Michelle resides in Miami with her husband and son.
